Landlords don't work, they are parasites!

They suck the blood and the life from tenants.

Their breakfast comes from tenants, lunch, dinner, clothes, all that comes from the tenant's blood, sweat and tears!Even landlords' shoes are made from the tenant's skin. Landlords live a life of luxury and leisure on the backs of tenants and yet they want more money, their greed is insatiable.

Landlords are stinking blood sucking parasites.

WE GOT A PROBLEM WITH LANDLORDS.

The Mayor of the city, legislators and eviction judges refuse to acknowledge the greed & abuse of landlords because they benefit from the inflated rents

They themselves are also blood sucking landlords parasites.

And they will not help tenants and homeless any time soon. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !

I PLEDGE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CITY WIDE RENT STRIKE STARTING ON

DEC. 2026 when the new city mayor is sworn in.

And will not stop until all landlords in Los Angeles lower the rent to the

30% of tenants income and not a single penny more.

I will, according to my capacity, organize tenants unions, spread the word and invite tenants to sign this pledge in my neighborhood and more.
